Level III students may be eligible for a CAPSTONE internship in culinary arts where they will be paired with an approved local business to practice the skills learned in class. Students receiving a score of Advanced on the National Occupational Competency Institute (NOCTI) examination will receive a minimum of 9 college credits at participating post-secondary institutes through the PA SOAR program.
