  • Health, Rx, Vision and Dental Insurance
    • Pottstown School District employees, with virtual care benefits, you have several options to get care quickly and conveniently from a doctor, specialist, or a behavioral health professional.

      When it’s not an emergency, virtual care is a fast, convenient, and affordable option. Most members have virtual care benefits through Teladoc and pay $0 for a virtual Teladoc visit.* In addition, many in-network doctors and specialists offer virtual care services, which may be available at a reduced cost-share.*

    • Employee Assistance Program provides foundational support to our district, administration, employees and their families by offering services such as Confidential Counseling, Financial Information and Resources, Legal Support and Resources, Work-Life Solutions 

  • Pottstown School District also offers voluntary benefits for employees through payroll deduction such as Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability plans, Tax Shelter Annuity Plans 403(b) and additional plans offered.

  • As a public school employee, your retirement benefits are provided through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS). 

  • Tuition Reimbursement
    • Many individuals are eligible for tuition reimbursement. Please check with the Human Resources Office before making plans to continue your degree advancement plans.
