In order to prepare for students to return into the Pottstown School District buildings, we need to update the emergency contact information and health information of each student.
This year, instead of the paper version of the Annual Update Form, we will be utilizing an online system. The Back-to-School (BTS) system is pre-populated with information the district has in the student information system. You will need to provide some information again as part of the verification process.

There is a user name / login for each individual student.
The user name is the student ID number (available on report cards and through your child’s teacher)
The password is the student birth date in the form of mm/dd/yyyy Leading 0’s must be included. Example of a user name: 7000031 and password: 04/23/2010
If you have more than one child, you will need to log into the system separately for each one.
If your address has changed, please submit two proofs of residency - CLICK HERE FOR DIRECTIONS.
If you are having difficulty connecting to the BTS system, please email [email protected]. Please include your name and the name of the student, along with any issue you are having with the system.
If you have questions or concerns about the data in the system, please contact the office of the building where your child attends.
Please complete this information prior to April 30th. You will be receiving reminders until the form has been completed.
