Trojan Girl Wrestlers continue to make History

Members of the Trojan Girls Wrestling teams at both high and middle school continue to show that they are ready to write a successful first page in the history of the newly formed Pottstown Girls Wrestling teams. Competing in the Vikings Classic the high school team placed 3rd out of 20 teams. Savannah Richards contributed a first place finish going undefeated in three matches on the day Vida Torres and Tara Morgan both went three and one for third place with Malaysia Williams and Emily Vilegas both placed 4th. Isabella Wright,along with Rielly and Taylor McGuire helped carry the Trojans to the third place team finish In the middle school division, Niya Crowder was 1st as she went 3-0 with a 42 second pin in the finals. Leyna Johnson and Alex Green also helped write the first chapter in the history book of Pottstown Girls Team wrestling.
