Dear Parents and Guardians,

The Parent Portal will be replacing Home Access Center (HAC) for viewing grades, attendance, and other information for your student.

• Please immediately create an account via the website (https://powerschool.pottstownk12.org/public/home.html) and refer to your student’s school ID for their student ID number

• The student ID number is required for the Access ID and Access Password fields.

• If you have more than one student, then you will also need their student ID numbers.

• Reminder that the mobile district app code is: QJJP

• Click HERE to view the video with easy-to-use instructions for creating your Parent Portal account.

• If you are struggling and or need support, we are going to provide in person sessions to help any parents one hour before each of our back to school nights coming up next week and will provide a first-shift option for any of our second or third-shift working families as per the schedule below.

• If you or your student do not know your student’s number, you can email accesshelp@pottstownk12.org for assistance, or come to one of the in-person sessions listed below.
