Congratulations to Christian Albert and Darius Smallwood on signing National Letters of Intent to continue their education and athletics. Christian will attend Gwynedd Mercy University majoring in Business and participate in Cross Country and Track. He is a three sport athlete and a Distinguished Honors student.
Albert was elected class president and is the 2020 Homecoming King.
Darius Smallwood will continue his education at the University of Connecticut with a major in Pre-Sports Management. He plans to be a part of the track team as a mid distance runner. He is a four year Distinguished Honors student and an All Academic Conference Athlete.
He was a two time state cross country qualifier and placed 1st at the PAC Championships in the 800m race. Both are outstanding representatives of their families, school and community. Christian and Darius are gentlemen role models of Pottstown High School student athletes. We are confident their hard work will pay off in a bright future.
