Trojan Proud of Pottstown School Board member Tom Hylton, his non-profit environmental group was honored with one of the 15 state awards for environmental excellence. Trees Inc. was founded in 1983 by Mr. .Hylton, a former Pottstown Mercury reporter and editorial writer. He and other borough residents raised the funds for planting trees along neighborhood streets.
