Thanks to Mr. Justin Baker, our Director of Co-Curricular Activities for his report on our PHS Trojan Girls Tennis Team.
Girls Tennis Racquets are racking up the wins to start off the season. The girls recently shut out Dock Mennonite Academy 5-0. And more recently, the girls had a 4-3 win against crosstown rival Pottsgrove. Lili Freese and Taylor Maguire both had singles wins.
Amelia Paul and Zyla Burke won their doubles. And Layla Bearden and Elizabeth Adediji battled into their third set to seal the fourth win. Congratulations to players and Coach Mcnamara. Hard work and effort puts the girls tennis team at 3-3 for the season.
There was even some time for a sweet reward! Another reason to be Pottstown Proud!
