Congratulations to PHS Trojan seniors Darius Smallwood and Jahzeel Watson on their outstanding performances at the PIAA State Track Championships. Jahzeel's jump of 5'10" earned a 7th place finish in the high jump. Darius was crowned state champion in the 800 meter dash with a time of 1:51.91. His time was not only good for 1st place but gave him a new Pottstown High School record in the 800. These two young men have not only set new marks in track for future Trojans to aspire to,but have distinguished themselves in the classroom and as outstanding community citizens. Their hard work has paid off and has given us more reason to say Proud to be from Pottstown.
