Its mission is to “Celebrate Learning” with positive communication of activities happening at school through the building of relationships with community members. The team makes door-to-door visits to surprise students and their families with certificates of achievement, yard signs, and I'MPACT Winner shirts. Students are congratulated for their hard work, citizenship, and positive behavior.

The I’MPACT Team consists of teachers, support staff, and administrators from Rupert Elementary School. Speaking to the importance and power of the visits Mr. Moyer said "Even a pandemic and Covid 19 didn't stop us from recognizing our students!! The hour we spend visiting our students and recognizing their achievements, brings joy to our team!"
