Students in Mr. Evin Jarrett's Construction Technology program at Pottstown High School heard first hand from workers in the field how workplace opportunities for women in construction have increased. Members of the National Association for Women in Construction ( NAWIC) told the class of the increase of females in both the labor and management fields of construction and the efforts to reach equal pay status. As a comprehensive high school that provides both academic and career programs on campus Pottstown is preparing students to be workplace and college ready at graduation.
