Congratulations to Rupert Elementary principal Mr. Matt Moyer on being selected as Pennsylvania’s 2020 National Distinguished Principal by the Pennsylvania Principals Association Board of Directors and the National Distinguished Principal Selection Committee. A former student of Rupert Mr. Moyer returned to take on the role of educational leader of the school. His use of technology to communicate with students,staff and families has helped to creatine a positive school learning environment.
