Congratulations to Rupert Elementary Principal, Matt Moyer. Recently he wrote an article on six essential steps to school safety which was published in the Pennsylvania Administrator Educational Leadership Magazine. Mr. Moyer is in his 15th year as an elementary principal and 23rd year overall in education.He has been the district Safety Coordinator for 10 years and serves as the Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Trainer. He is a national speaker and an adjunct professor at Montgomery County Community College.
