Emmanuel Lutheran, 150 N. Hanover St. Pottstown, is hosting a Trunk Or Treat on Saturday, October 29 from 2:00-4:00 PM. Trunk Or Treat is a twist on Trick Or Treat, where instead of children going door-to-door, they come to one, safe place (Emmanuel Lutheran parking lot behind the church building) and travel from space to space, collecting treats! You can participate in two ways! Bring your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and their friends dressed in their Halloween finery to the event, or volunteer to be a "Treat Stop" (which is as simple as bringing your lawn chair and sitting in a space OR as elaborate as decorating a parking space or your car trunk. If you’d like to volunteer as a Treat Stop, please call the church office at 610-323-4312 no later than Tuesday, October 25.
The Challenger Learning Center at Montco Pottstown in association with Blue Origin’s Club for the Future and Amazon Studios will host a premiere screening of Good Night Oppy on Wednesday, October 19th at the Regal US - King of Prussia movie theater. The movie is recommended for students in 8th grade or older. Tickets are FREE and can be reserved at mc3.edu/movie. See the flyer for more information.
