Pottstown Middle School Environmental Science Club students along with their advisor Ginger Angelo-DeRenzo spent some after school time testing the waters of the Manatawny Creek. Ralph Murgia Park in West Pottsgrove served as the staging area for the experiments.
The young scientists conducted water testing and collection of macroinvertebrates. Ms. Angelo-DeRenzo said, our students gained valuable hands on learning experience and got to enjoy the beauty of nature. They are building the skills of research that will help them in all areas of study and life. Pottstown Middle School continues to prepare each student by name for success at every level.
