POTTSTOWN — Diana Stitt and her daughter, Olivia, a Pottstown Middle School student, share a love of musicals and Broadway.
So when Stitt, who has worked as a substitute teacher in the district, realized the middle school didn’t have the money to put on a spring musical — a staple of every other middle school in the region that she knew — it bothered her.
“I decided to change that,” she said.
