You may have heard the old saying, a little drop goes a long way. In the case of the 26 PHS students who took part in one of our regular blood donation programs, the pint of blood that each individual donated can be used to help three people. Today, our students played an active role and lived up to civic responsibilities. Their commitment will help 78 people who, in all likelihood they will never meet or know, but can feel a sense of Trojan Pride, knowing that they have made a positive contribution to help our community. Special thanks to PHS Health Occupations class for organizing the event with the Miller Keystone Blood Bank. More reason to say glad to be from Pottstown.
