Op Ed The Cost of Vouchers, ‘hold harmless’ to Schools

Vouchers for private, parochial, or other religious schools have been a topic of great interest in the past few years.

There are those vehemently opposed to taxpayers’ money moving from funding public school systems in Pennsylvania. Some believe public funding of religious schools is unconstitutional and a violation of the separation of church and state.
