There’s no Place like Home

There’s no place like Pottstown High School when it comes to homecoming celebrations. The weeklong Spirit Week activities include hall decorations, an old school style bonfire Thursday night, a pep rally with classes competing against one another in an assortment of games, announcing the homecoming court along with the king and queen at halftime of the football game and concluding with a Saturday night homecoming dance, that students had to meet academic standards to be eligible to attend and of course Trojan Man was always on hand to show TROJAN PRIDE.  We welcomed many of our alumni who returned to take part in all of the activities, including alumni members of the band and cheerleaders who took part in Friday nights events. Class reunions are also a part of homecoming with the classes of 74 and 64 celebrating their Trojan Pride over the weekend.

At halftime of the game, the following introductions of the court, along with King and Queen were made;
