We have received information from the PA Department of Health that immunization requirements for students about to enter and attend school and those immunization requirements at older certain grade levels ( ie. grades K, 7, 12 ) will have a two month grace period for the beginning of the school year. These immunizations will be required no matter what our school model is, including virtual students, for the 2020-2021 academic year.
All Students

4 doses of Tetanus and Diphtheria (1 dose on or after the 4th birthday)
(usually given as DTP, DTap, DT, TD)

4 doses of polio (last dose on or after the 4" birthday)

2 doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR)

3 doses of hepatitis B

2 doses of Varicella (chickenpox) or history of disease
Students in 7th Grade

1 dose of Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) (Give on or after the child’s 11th birthday)

1 dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV)
Students in 12th Grade

2 doses of MCV (Second dose after 16 yrs. of age)
