Mr. Cohen's Crew

Mr. Cohen is from Philadelphia, PA and attended the University of Pittsburgh for undergraduate and graduate school. His time there led to a deep passion for education and college basketball. He is entering his eleventh year of teaching special education for Pottstown School District. Mr. Cohen savors his time in the present with each student, and also loves to see his former students come back to his classroom and share all of their success. He loves spending time with his wife, dog and rabbit when he is not in the classroom at Lincoln Elementary.

- Read, read, read! : Any oral reading practice you can do with your child is more helpful than you know! Continue to encourage your child to read, and please let me know if you need any materials!

- Learn those multiplication facts! : Ask your child about the multiplication songs we review daily.

- Sight Word practice : Each child has a group of Sight Words sent home with them. Please continue to practice these words, as they will help your child become a fluent reader.
