My name is Evelyne Blair-Miller. I was born and raised in Pennsylvania. As far back as I can recall, I have wanted to be a teacher. I received my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from the University of Hartford and my Special Education certification and Master's degree in education from Cabrini College. While teaching at Franklin, I have taught pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, fourth and fifth grade.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, reading and cheering on the Boston Red Sox. I am an animal lover, especially my cat: Scout.
