While the title may intimidate some, this class accepts students wherever their abilities lie on the talent spectrum. Our primary goal is to gain knowledge, theory, skill and confidence to sing solo in front of an audience. The 'advanced' component involves individualized preparation, practice, peer adjudication, and public performance. All students are expected to research and prepare songs from various genres. Our soloists perform at Winter and Spring concerts, Veteran's Day tributes, school banquets, and community/social events.
